I was born and raised  on the mystical Island of Hawaii, the only place to live! Wife to  the best looking man around and raised five wonderful children and am the proud owner of ten grandchildren. As you may guess I belong to the “Baby Boomer” generation. 
My passion is my animals---Apache, my all around rodeo horse has had my heart for 12 years and my dogs include two new puppies, Beethoven and Symphony.  I am also a goat farmer and also enjoy their company. 
I entered the business community on the Kona side of the island in my early teens working in the hotel industry with my father (my  hero), Edward Tavares.   
I began my career in the real estate profession alongside my husband in  the early seventies.  As an agent and eventually a broker I assisted many people in fulfilling their dreams of  property ownership.  It gave me great pride to be part of the process in making someone’s dreams come true, whether it was buying their first home or selling their investment. 
Now, I offer  you my newly formed office.  It is a family business that will soon include my husband, Robert Bailey who was also a Realtor.  I also have two beautiful daughters who will soon be taking their real estate exams and joining my team. 
I hope that my office will always be one above the rest in customer service to all we serve.  When you think real estate think “Yvonne Bailey”!
